Get your SendBaba email connected to your favourite email app in under 5 minutes.
Use these settings to connect any email client to your SendBaba mailbox. These settings work for all email apps.
Your username is always your full email address (e.g. you@yourbusiness.com). Use the same password for both IMAP and SMTP.
Connect your SendBaba email to the Gmail app on Android or iOS.
Tap your profile picture (top right) → Add another account → Select "Other"
Type your full email address (e.g. john@yourbusiness.com) and tap Next
When asked to choose account type, select Personal (IMAP)
Enter the password provided by your admin and tap Next
Server: mail.sendbaba.com · Port: 993 · Security: SSL/TLS
Server: mail.sendbaba.com · Port: 587 · Security: STARTTLS
Tap Next to finish. Your emails will start syncing immediately.
Gmail may show an "Email security not guaranteed" warning. This is normal for all non-Google email servers. Tap "Edit settings" and proceed — your connection is fully encrypted.
Works for Outlook desktop (Windows/Mac), Outlook mobile, and Outlook.com.
Desktop: File → Add Account. Mobile: Settings → Add Account
Enter your email address. When Outlook asks for the account type, select IMAP (you may need to click "Advanced Setup" or "Let me set up my account manually")
Incoming: mail.sendbaba.com port 993 SSL/TLS
Outgoing: mail.sendbaba.com port 587 STARTTLS
Enter your password and tap Connect. Outlook will verify the settings and sync your mail.
For iPhone, iPad, and Mac.
Go to Settings → Mail → Accounts → Add Account → Other → Add Mail Account
Name: Your Name · Email: you@yourbusiness.com · Password: your mailbox password
Tap IMAP at the top. Fill in both Incoming and Outgoing server as mail.sendbaba.com
Tap Next → Toggle on Mail → Save. Your email will appear in the Mail app.
Open System Settings → Internet Accounts → Add Account → Add Other Account → Mail Account
Enter your email and password. If auto-discovery fails, manually enter mail.sendbaba.com for both IMAP and SMTP servers.
Mozilla Thunderbird auto-detects settings for most SendBaba accounts.
Open Thunderbird → Account Settings → Account Actions → Add Mail Account
Name, email, and password. Click Configure manually if auto-detect doesn't work.
Incoming: IMAP, mail.sendbaba.com, port 993, SSL/TLS
Outgoing: SMTP, mail.sendbaba.com, port 587, STARTTLS
Authentication: Normal password
Click Done. Thunderbird will test the settings and connect automatically.
To receive email on your custom domain, your admin needs to configure these DNS records at your domain registrar.
DNS changes can take 24-48 hours to propagate worldwide. Test your setup after making changes by sending a test email from your new address.
